I know it's not enough, but the same people (person?) that made stuner made falconbuilder.net and commoconfigurator.net .

it'll have to do for now. I have a BA in Game and Simulation Production, I roughly know what goes into it, and and how much work it takes. Something like this would take a while to develop. Plus the overlapping of knowing how to create something like this and interests in cars seldom overlap. I don't really know enough to develop something like this myself, but I salute that person/people (and anyone else) who makes something like this. It isn't easy.
